Faculty Grants

Faculty grants support projects that lead to the development of major, long-term collaborations with strong potential for extramural funding; binational conferences and publications; significant advancement of scholarship; new creative works; innovative binational instruction or new intercampus courses; public service programs; strengthening of academic and research capabilities; and graduate student training. The grant recipients are listed below by year, principal investigators, departments, home campuses, and project titles. “SCR 43” refers to California Senate Concurrent Resolution 43, which inspired specific support for research and creative activities in the area of Latino Studies.
